RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process.
Holiday Return Period:
To accomodate holiday gifting, we are extending our return period to January 3, 2025.
- Online purchases: You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to return your items for a full refund (less any shipping costs).
- Gifts: For gifts, you have until January 3, 2025, to return items for store credit.
Final Sale Items:
Holiday and seasonal items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Please note the following rules applicable to our return and exchange policy:
- The return period for store pickup orders begins the date the order is placed.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, with price tag attached.
- Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered.
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box.
- In-store purchases will receive store credit only.
- Sale priced or discounted merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit online or in store.
- We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or merchandise. This applies to initial shipments as well as returns.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
Please make sure you review our return policy below prior to returning your items.
You can return your merchandise by visiting our store OR -
- Login to our online return portal using your email address
- Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
- Send all items back to us using the label provided within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns after that time will not be accepted
- A flat rate shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund amount.
